The Comfort Inn Country Plaza Halls Gap specializes in all types of functions catering for up to 180 people – including specialized dinners, launches, birthdays, special occasions, etc. With 4 separate venues to choose from – Darcy’s Restaurant, Morningside Café, Cedar Room and the Boronia Room – we have everything you would need for a function at a single venue. And do not forget that accommodation for your function is readily available at very reasonable group prices (minimum numbers do apply).

The Comfort Inn Country Plaza Halls Gap is the perfect location for a day to remember. Enjoy the ceremony in our private garden setting with Mount William as a stunning backdrop. The Morningside Café is the ideal environment to partake of pre-dinner food and beverages whilst enjoying the mountain ranges which surround our property.

A choice of either Darcy’s Restaurant or the Cedar Room gives you the perfect venue for your reception. This will enable you to select the setting you require, ranging from the formal to the most casual reception. Darcy’s Restaurant is an ideal location for an intimate reception of up to 50 guests whilst the Cedar Room caters for larger weddings of up to 160 people. Our comprehensive wedding package includes planning information as well as selections from our delicious menu options. And the Comfort Inn Country Plaza Halls Gap offers 51 comfortably appointed rooms which can be supplied at a discounted rate for your wedding party and guests.

Our gardens are a charming setting for your ceremony and/or photographs. The Morningside Café and lounge area opens onto an all weather courtyard where your guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks and hors d’oeuvres in a relaxed atmosphere while you have your photographs taken. For this very special event you can select a delightful meal, personally supervised by our chef, to suit your tastes and budget or we can organize a specialized menu. As part of our commitment to provide you with the day of your dreams our wedding host will create a plan to suit your requirements and budget and who will supervise and host your day.

To make your day even more special we will provide for you, as part of our various packages, a honeymoon suite, champagne and chocolates to complete the perfect day.
